◊ Costs to be borne by Respondents - All costs and expenses incurred by Respondents
in any way associated with the development, preparation, and submission of responses
will be borne entirely and exclusively by the Respondent. |

◊ Recipient Obligation to Inform Itself - The Recipient must conduct its own
investigation and analysis regarding any information contained in the advertisement
and the meaning and impact of that information. |

◊ Evaluation of applications - Each Recipient acknowledges and accepts that
ACDS may in its absolute discretion apply selection criteria specified in the advertisment
for evaluation of applications for short listing / selecting the eligible assignee.

◊ Notification ACDS will notify all short listed applicants in writing as
soon as practicable about the outcome of their application. ACDS is not obliged

short listing, status, etc will result in disqualification |
